Simultaneous conception of a new valve and assembly line

Problem	Company wished to spare precious time by launching as soon as possible serial production of a new valve, which by the time was still in its design fase.
Solution	They presented us the concept of a new product as well as the prototype. Relying on our experience and know-how, we were able to start conceiving the assembly line even though the new product was not yet available.
Benefit	- Extremely reduced period from product conception to serial production, meaning faster sales opportunities and reduced cost refund time, - Simplification of assembly, as a result of fruitful collaboration means reduced assembly time and lower production cost.

Simultaneous conception of inserter and assembly line

Problem	Company wanted to launch serial production of inserter as soon as possible even though it was still in its conception fase.
Solution	During the product conception period we launched with our partner development research for assembly line operating 6 complex functions: Automatic dosage and insertion of blowpipers Inserter placement (manual working post) Embedding blowpipers into inserter by controlled force and drive Application of sealing material by a robot Transfer of inserters to transport belt with two hours stock Packing finished products into cardboard boxes (manual working post)	Enlarge Enlarge

Conception and manufacture of testing device to examine the valve sealing

Partner	Danfoss Trata d.o.o.
Problem	Company faced troubles caused by needless complaints as tests performed by their testing devices, measuring the valve sealing, were not satisfactory.
Solution	Our partner's experience in valve testing with different methods helped us to choose and implement the best one into the new testing device together. Valve is now sunk into the water where efficient measurment takes place and gives more reliable results.	Enlarge
